Terms & Conditions for Wedding Photography: [Please Read Carefully before making Contact]

Please Read Client Contract: No Refunds on Deposits or money paid in the unfortunate event of the Wedding being deemed Cancelled or Services being cancelled. Promo’s have a once off fee with no deposit required where applicable. Should the wedding be postponed and does not clash with one of our other Client Bookings, only then may our Services be postponed to a more favourable date of your choice. No postponement shall be allowed other than stated before and a 60 day notice has to be emailed and the client’s new preferred postponement date must be within 90 days of initial booked date unless pre-agreed in a separate written contract. Please keep an open line of communication, we want to help and advise wherever we can. Outstanding amounts must be paid 7 Days prior to your Wedding Day. A 15% penalty will be charged on the Full Services Amount for everyday after the last payment has not been made after the Wedding Day, if payments was not made in full. During this unforeseen occurrence, no images will be released until all amounts are settled in full. PLEASE NOTE: Only your Deposit Guarantees and Secures your Wedding Day Booking. All Quotes are Valid for 3 Days only to ensure every Couple/Customer gets an opportunity to make us of the Services.

Business formalities aside, we just want to create Happy and Fun Memories Professionally..!:-) Clients that accept and makes a Deposit gladly accepts this agreement stated on all Quotes/Deposit Booking Slips and Invoices and fully understands all of the above.

FAQ’s:

Why is there no Refunds on Deposits Paid..?

Because that date was reserved and other customers did not get an opportunity to Book that date. Thus creating a loss of business. Additionally, Reserving a Wedding Booking means that a Wedding Photographer must show up physically on your Wedding Day regardless of their personal lives on a weekend in the morning early until late at night. Photographers miss Funerals and important milestones within their personal lives. The Deposit placed goes far beyond what most couples can comprehend and requires huge sacrifices before even meeting a couple and long after the Wedding Day Reception.

  • Costly Monthly Software Subscriptions to ensure Professionally processed RAW files.

  • Professional Paid Cloud Storage that is secure and accessible 24/7 all year around.

  • Professional Apple Editing Workstations Stations with Calibrated 4k Monitors.

  • Wacom Tablet for Skin Retouching and Blemish Removal.

  • Multiple Physical Storage Devices with Duplicated RAW files to ensure no Wedding Images are lost.

  • Additional Cloud Storage Back-Ups for Wedding Archives after your wedding day.

  • Monthly Website Hosting and maintenance.

  • Reliable Vehicle, Petrol and constant Maintenance to insure the Services are provided without delay.

  • Constant communication, planning and Calendarizing to ensure the couples ease of mind.

Not to mention the Free Engagement Shoot requires additional Resources, but this a Courtesy Service to allow Couples to meet the Wedding Photographer. Its a great opportunity to go over Posing, Questions and Pre-Planning. This helps Couples cope with the nerves and anxiety and makes them feel confident when a Photography Shows up on tier Wedding Day in full gear. These images can be used for Wedding Stationary and is a great way to get the excitement going and creates a firm ease of mind.

Lastly, 10 hours of Work on your standard 8 Hour Wedding Day:

Traveling safely 2 Hours to and fro ensuring your 8 Hour Wedding Day coverage begins on time using the skills obtained over time with the Expensive Equipment that required a massive investment.

Never-mind the Electricity cost involved.

Formal Wedding Booking Cancellation Procedure:

Cancelling a Booked Wedding Service creates chaos behind the scenes for any Wedding Photographer, therefore the above mentioned list of responsibilities should help any couple have a clear understanding why. All payments made means that you fully agree that a Cancellation of Booked Services forfeits your Paid Deposit. This is clearly stated on your Quote and Deposit Booking Slip. Other than that, the primary goal is to secure your Happy and Fun Wedding Day Memories. Larry Sparks Photography is not responsible for a Couples own in-decision or Cancellation after they have Agreed and Committed to choosing any of the Wedding Day Photography Services on offer.
